As a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of Pirogies,
we are committed to the very best in both quality and service.
The idea for our product was created as it became harder and
harder to find Pirogies "the way Mom used to make them." The commercially
available products just didn't satisfy the need for home style cooking.
And growing interest outside of the Polish community had already established a
much larger market, although many people have never experienced the "real
thing."
For several years now, Nowinski Pirogies has been making Home
Style Gourmet Pirogies at the new manufacturing facility in New Castle,
PA. While partner Paul Vallely and his wife, Bea, supervise the
production, owner Ted Nowinski handles promotion and distribution in Western New
York (originally including home delivery), selling to commercial accounts, such as
restaurants and grocers.
Our ultimate goal is to share our love of real home style
pirogies with the people of Western New York and the World.
